So that we can remember where we start our journey and have something to judge its efficacy against I am going to record our starting figures here.
For those like me who aren't really that familiar with the meaning of these numbers, in summary they mean that I am actually in pretty good shape (I like the one about my metabolic age being 10 years below my actual age....), and for me it is just a case of building some more muscle mass. Unfortunately for Molly it is as we were fully aware, that she is on the overweight side and needs to loose some weight.
So now we are on our way, we have a can of Herbalife Formula 1 each and are now taking it twice a day, and watching what we eat.
